ABOUT THIS SONG:
Its amazing how much time can be spent debating the track listing of a 5 song record. Recorded for the 'In Chains' EP and a contender for that release up until the day the master was shipped for pressing, ‘Must I’ was one that we couldn't quite make work in the context of the rest of the EP. Never quite acoustic enough, never quite electric enough. Notable for containing the lyric 'In chains' despite not actually appearing on the EP of that name. Recorded at our studio in New York, fall 2008.
